Kitchen Rehabilitation Page

This is the kitchen, the final piece in the puzzle. Since we decided to sell the house, we didn't want to do a dream/gut renovation of the kitchen because it would be impossible to recoup the investment. Instead, we performed a compromise $20K rehabilitation: new ceiling, floor, laminate countertops and major appliances, new hardware, and lots of painting. Still, I think the results are pretty good. It certainly takes the kitchen off the table as a detractor.
